When payment is made through PayPal, our system is notified by PayPal.
Our system will then send an automated email to you with a download link
for each of the items that you purchase.
- Check for that email in the email account which you use to place your order or the email account
that you have on file with PayPal.
- The subject field will read "Your Terry-Kelly.com Music Downloads".
If the email does not arrive in your “Inbox” within five minutes, check your “Anti Spam” or “Junk” folders, as your system settings may send
the email to one of those folders.
Once you access the email message with the Download file link(s),
- double click on the file link(s) and you will be given the option to "open" or "save" the download for that
specific link.
We recommend that you “save” the downloads.
Please note that, from the time that you place your order, you will have
24 hours and 3 tries to download the files.
We strongly recommend that you download and save the files to your computer
as soon as you place your order, or, place your order at a later date when
you have the time to complete the process.
"All Digital Download Sales are Final", as they are electronic files
which cannot be returned to us in a knowingly unused state. We recommend
that you double check your order before confirming payment.
